With U.S. consumer spend via Agentic Commerce projected to reach $1.3 trillion by 2030, this team is at the forefront of financial services transformation.The SVP of Product Development is responsible for driving the hands-on execution of key product initiatives across the Wallets & Agentic Commerce portfolio. This role requires a deeply experienced product professional who thrives in delivery — someone who can own complex workstreams end-to-end, navigate a matrixed organization, and bring new products and features from concept to launch with precision and speed.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Execution & DeliveryOwn end-to-end execution of assigned product development initiatives across the Wallets & Agentic Commerce roadmap, including partner integrations, feature launches, and platform enhancementsTranslate strategic direction set by leadership into detailed business requirements, test plans, and delivery plansManage product development intake, backlog grooming, and prioritization in coordination with Technology and other cross-functional partnersCross-Functional CoordinationServe as the primary day-to-day product development point of contact across Technology, Fraud, Networks, Rewards, Business Development, and Marketing to drive initiative deliveryFacilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and keep workstreams on trackPartner closely with external wallet platforms and payment partners (such as Apple, Google, PayPal, Paze, MACS, and OpenAI) on feature integration and launch readinessCoordinate with the Value, Lending, and Commerce cross-functional team on shared initiatives and dependenciesRequirements & Product DefinitionAuthor detailed business requirements, product and feature specifications, and User Acceptance criteria for assigned initiativesDefine and validate end-to-end customer journeys for wallet provisioning, checkout experiences, authentication flows, and agentic payment interactionsIdentify and document edge cases, servicing impacts, fraud considerations, and Customer Experience (CX) implications for new product featuresPartner with User Experience (UX) / design teams to ensure customer experience standards are met across digital wallet and agentic commerce touchpointsPartner & Vendor EngagementSupport partner engagement activities including feature scoping, integration planning, and launch coordination with wallet platforms and Payment Service Providers (PSPs)Participate in partner working sessions and represent product requirements clearly and effectivelyAnalytics & Performance MonitoringMonitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for optimizationWork with analytics partners to continuously evaluate wallet provisioning funnels and customer adoption metricsRequired QualificationsExperience8+ years of product management or product development experience, with significant tenure in digital payments, FinTech, or consumer financial servicesDemonstrated track record as a hands-on product executor — owning complex, multi-dependency initiatives from requirements through launchExperience working within large, matrixed organizations and managing cross-functional delivery across Technology, Operations, and...
