Accountabilities:

    As a Software Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize project outcomes.

    • Manage software implementation projects from initiation through completion and closure.
    • Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
    • Manage project scope, deadlines, costs, quality standards, and risks.
    • Coordinate project resources and allocate professionals according to project requirements.
    • Prioritize activities and ensure teams remain aligned with project objectives.
    • Lead project follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor project performance indicators and communicate status updates.
    • Manage change requests and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management practices.
    • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and project performance updates.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in software implementation, stakeholder management, and technology-driven projects. You should have excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering results.

      • Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
      • Experience managing projects across all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
      • Experience managing project resources and budgets.
      • Knowledge of predictive and agile project management methodologies.
      • Experience using project management tools.
      • Experience managing software implementation and/or ERP projects.
      • Strong planning, organization, and project monitoring skills.
      • Experience with change management and risk management.
      • Basic knowledge of information technology concepts.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Proactive mindset with strong focus on results and delivery.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Additional qualifications that are considered a plus:

        • Experience working within a formal PMO structure.
        • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
        • Project management or agile methodology certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar.
        • Experience with educational management systems.
        • Experience in the education sector.
        • Knowledge of digital transformation and process management.
        • Advanced English proficiency.
