Accountabilities:
- Manage software implementation projects from initiation through completion and closure.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Manage project scope, deadlines, costs, quality standards, and risks.
- Coordinate project resources and allocate professionals according to project requirements.
- Prioritize activities and ensure teams remain aligned with project objectives.
- Lead project follow-up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance indicators and communicate status updates.
- Manage change requests and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management practices.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and project performance updates.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a relevant field.
- Experience managing projects across all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Experience managing project resources and budgets.
- Knowledge of predictive and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Experience managing software implementation and/or ERP projects.
- Strong planning, organization, and project monitoring skills.
- Experience with change management and risk management.
- Basic knowledge of information technology concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong focus on results and delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within a formal PMO structure.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Project management or agile methodology certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar.
- Experience with educational management systems.
