Accountabilities:

    The AI Social Strategist will be responsible for building and continuously improving an AI-powered social ecosystem that supports brand growth, audience engagement, and operational excellence. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to create scalable social programs.

    • Build and manage an AI-first social operating model across organic social channels, including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Meta, and employee advocacy platforms.
    • Develop reusable AI workflows, tools, and automation systems for content creation, brand voice development, social analysis, competitive research, and reporting.
    • Own social listening initiatives by transforming audience signals and market data into actionable insights, content strategies, and automated reporting processes.
    • Partner with internal teams to monitor and improve brand visibility across AI-driven search and answer platforms, connecting social performance with broader digital presence goals.
    • Create performance measurement frameworks combining traditional social metrics with AI-focused indicators such as automation impact, efficiency gains, and visibility growth.
    • Develop and launch innovative social programs supporting lead generation, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy, and AI-native creative initiatives.
    • Continuously optimize social workflows by identifying opportunities for automation, improving processes, and reducing repetitive manual activities.
    • Act as an internal advocate for AI tools and capabilities, providing feedback and recommendations to enhance future solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing, brand, content, and business teams to align social strategies with organizational priorities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong social media expertise, strategic thinking, and practical experience applying AI technologies to marketing workflows. They are comfortable experimenting with new tools, solving complex challenges, and building scalable systems that improve business outcomes.

      • 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy roles, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution.
      • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
      • Proven experience creating AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, custom GPTs, MCPs, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
      • Ability to demonstrate how AI solutions have improved efficiency, creativity, reporting, or decision-making processes.
      • Strong knowledge of social media intelligence and listening platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch, Khoros, Talkwalker, or similar tools.
      • Understanding of AEO, SEO, digital brand visibility, or related disciplines is a strong advantage.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
      • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to improve processes.
      • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
      • Growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn.
      • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
