Accountabilities:
- Manage personalized customer interactions throughout the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion focus.
- Conduct online sales meetings and video calls to present products and close deals effectively.
- Execute high-volume follow-up activities (calls, messages, and CRM updates) to nurture and recover leads.
- Reactivate stalled leads and drive them back into the sales pipeline through persistent outreach.
- Maintain accurate and daily CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
- Participate in recurring team meetings and strategic alignment rituals to optimize sales performance.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles.
- Strong communication skills with active listening and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership of results and targets.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment.

- Experience in consultative or complex sales processes.
- Prior experience in prospecting (online or offline).

- Competitive base compensation of R$ 2,500.00 plus uncapped commissions (PJ contract).
