  • Experience working within agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and facilitation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a lead tester, providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and quality direction to other testers across planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness activities.

  • Ability to lead testing activities, influence quality practices, manage priorities, and communicate risks in a hybrid delivery environment.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing integrations and data transformations using Power Platform Dataflows, Azure Data Factory, or comparable integration platforms.

  • Background with a large consulting firm or Microsoft partner ecosystem.

  • Experience testing custom Power Platform solutions outside of Dynamics 365.

  • Experience building, curating, and maintaining Azure DevOps boards, test plans, test suites, defects, and sprint-level quality reporting.
