Accountabilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, ensuring continuous performance improvement aligned with ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS and CPA.
- Own product feed health and optimization within Google Merchant Center, resolving disapprovals, improving attributes, and ensuring structured data quality.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and related tools to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, search term analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve efficiency and scale performance.
- Handle tracking and attribution challenges, ensuring accurate measurement across ecommerce funnels and conversion paths.
- Communicate performance results, insights, and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and structured manner.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce clients in agency or multi-account environments.
- Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to solve complex performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
