Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Manage client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Provide product and process guidance throughout the transaction and account lifecycle.
- Monitor account activity to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, payments, and administrative processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to support long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service delivery, and contribute to team and department initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting brokers, clients, or other external customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 20–40 projects simultaneously, with increased volume during peak periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain and interpret complex information clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Pro and administrative systems.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and operational processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and manage changing priorities effectively.
- Salary range of approximately $49,250–$72,250 annually, based on experience, skills, education, market data, and internal factors.
