That's where you come in.We are looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager to add to our team. This is not a role for a manager, a strategist, or a delegator. This is a role for a builder and a scientist—a master of the product craft who wants to get their hands dirty, talk with pros, ship impactful software, and fix impactful, solvable problems.Your Mission in the First 12 Months: Drive the AI Product to $10M ARR: You will have the opportunity to focus on the Hearth AI product line, shipping features that directly address the root causes of customer churn, improve monetization, and drive growth.Build the Machine: Partner with leadership and engineering to establish the "Hearth Way of Shipping Product"—a lightweight, data-rigorous, customer-centric process that increases clarity, predictability, and shipping velocity.Systematically Unblock Engineering: Deliver well-scoped, data-informed technical briefs that empower our engineers to build with confidence and efficiency. You will install a rigorous, hypothesis-driven product development engine at Hearth. Your mandate is to own the end-to-end process of turning customer insights and data into shipped products that solve our acute retention problem and unlock our next phase of growth.Who You Are:You are a Builder at heart. You are comfortable saying "no."What We’re Looking For:5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2B or B2SMB SaaS environment.Non-negotiable data self-sufficiency. Expert-level SQL and deep fluency in a product analytics tool like Amplitude or Mixpanel are deal-breakers.A proven 0-to-1 track record.
