KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute customization projects tailored to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to clarify questions and provide technical support.
- Organize and facilitate regular innovation workshops to generate and develop new ideas within the team.
- Drive internal and external communication to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve application solutions.
- Apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project activities effectively.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application engineering with a focus on customization and innovation projects
- Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles to clarify technical questions effectively
- Proven ability to organize and lead team workshops for innovation ideation and collaboration
- Data analysis skills to support solution development and project decision-making
- Better to have project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully
