Accountabilities:
- Lead multiple strategic and operational programs focused on process improvements, system enhancements, field enablement, and operational readiness.
- Serve as the primary integration lead, ensuring initiatives are successfully designed, tested, launched, and adopted across operational teams.
- Develop detailed program plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, ownership, risk tracking, and performance reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Training, and external vendors to drive successful execution.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, developing scalable solutions that enhance consistency and performance.
- Manage readiness activities including documentation, communication plans, training coordination, and rollout support.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards outlining progress, risks, opportunities, and program outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted partner in driving operational transformation.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
- 6+ years of experience managing projects or programs, delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis, operational reporting, or financial planning-style analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support strategic decisions.
- Experience in fleet maintenance, logistics, field operations, service delivery, or similar operational environments preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience creating structured processes, improving workflows, and supporting operational scalability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and driving results with limited oversight.
- Experience with program management methodologies or certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 15%) and support business needs as required.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $90,000–$100,000, based on experience.
