As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the sole owner of recruitment at JustPark — the only person in our global People team dedicated entirely to TA. You'll manage end-to-end hiring across the UK and US, partnering with stakeholders at every level while iterating on the strong foundations already in place to make great hiring repeatable and scalable.
Requirements
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Use a mix of sourcing methods - job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and AI tools - to attract a diverse candidate pool across the UK and US
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles, using AI to surface and prioritise passive candidates at scale
- Proactively nurture passive talent and build relationships to attract top performers
- Own a scalable entry-level pipeline through internship programmes
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own full 360 recruitment: from briefing and job posting through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Use AI tools to streamline the hiring process while keeping candidate experience front and centre
- Iterate on and improve established recruitment processes to keep them consistent and scalable across both US & UK markets
- Take ownership for new employee administration, including contracts & onboarding, and collaborate with the wider People team and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a trusted TA partner to hiring managers across the UK and US, sharing market insights, best practices, and candidate evaluation guidance
- Use data and AI-generated insights to inform hiring decisions and advise on role scoping and market positioning
- Work closely with the wider
Employer Branding
- Support JustPark's presence as an employer of choice, contributing to social media, job ads, and career page improvements as a developmental part of the role
- Work with Marketing and the wider People team on employer branding initiatives as the role evolves
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Full 360 recruitment experience. You'll own the whole process start to finish
- Experience as a standalone or embedded recruiter, comfortable owning priorities and working within established processes
- Tech sector recruitment experience. Proven ability to hire across technical and commercial roles in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using & implementing AI tools in recruitment workflows: from sourcing and screening to interview prep and reporting (we currently use Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (ideally Workable)
- Process-oriented: you follow, protect, and improve structure that already exists
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across candidate and stakeholder audiences
- Results-driven with a focus on hiring targets and quality of hire
- Adaptable, with strong prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Analytically minded: able to use data to report on recruitment performance
- Nice to have - experience managing stakeholders across UK and US markets, ideally with knowledge of employment law and hiring practices in both
