Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to
support our export operations. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating
shipments, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review export documents: ocean bill of lading, commercial invoices,
packing lists, PSIC, freight certificate, etc.
- Coordinate with services providers, forwarders, internal teams and customers for documentation approval.
- Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively
- Provide administrative support to the export operations team
- Maintain and update the transaction report
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Any graduate: 1â2 yearsâ experience (import/export logistics/documentation
preferred)
- Good understanding about Incoterm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Night shift availability (6 PM â 4 AM)
- Task-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
