Accountabilities:

    The Enterprise Account Executive, Depositions will own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise customers, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, while building strong relationships with legal organizations and helping them adopt new technology solutions.

    • Manage a quota-carrying territory and drive enterprise sales opportunities from initial discovery through contract completion.
    • Sell software solutions to organizations seeking modern legal workflow and case management capabilities.
    • Promote and demonstrate innovative deposition-focused technology solutions, clearly communicating business value and customer impact.
    • Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges, goals, and operational needs.
    • Develop tailored messaging, presentations, and sales strategies for prospective customers.
    • Guide buyers through evaluation processes and ensure alignment with purchasing timelines.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, account development, and collaboration with sales development partners.
    • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance using CRM tools and established sales processes.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and sales objectives.
    • Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress while providing regular updates to leadership.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise software sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing complex B2B sales processes.

      • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a comparable technology sales role.
      • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
      • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing.
      • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to overcome customer objections.
      • Experience selling software solutions to professional services, legal, or other complex industries is preferred.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and listening abilities.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
      • Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute sales growth initiatives.
      • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
      • Desire to contribute to an ambitious team and help scale a growing technology business.
