These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. During this time, participants gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks as they prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work.NOTE: You must be currently serving on active duty to be eligible for this fellowship program. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.Qualifications You Must Have:Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge programBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field, internships not included in total years of experience          Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareDemonstrated experience in managing a project.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills & capability to meet schedulesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsQualifications We Prefer:Program Management Professional (PMP) CertificationBasic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or similar toolExperience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets.Experience managing project scope and scope creep during project executionExperience in resource planning and management during project executionExperience with risk management planning and documentationFamiliarity with government contracting and regulationsAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearanceSNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.IMPORTANT NOTICE: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
