Google Chrome Microsoft Edge Apple Safari Mozilla Firefox Associate Client ManagerFull-timeCareer Site Team: Customer Success Compensation: USD 69800 - USD 83000 - yearlyCompany DescriptionR26_0011906 This is a hybrid role, which includes sitting on-site at the client’s headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.Job DescriptionExperienced Industry Insights expert with the main goal of delighting clients; supporting them to make informed business decisions through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data with NIQ tools, and following NIQ standards.ResponsibilitiesWork as a master of propriety NIQ tools and metrics, and use these to help solve clients' business questions along with helping to diminish/eliminate client concerns & roadblocks to drive usageWork with the Account Leads to elevate the customer experienceIntegrate AI into workflows to drive efficiency, unlock new insights, and maximize analytical impactDuring briefing sessions, independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlines that leverage multiple NIQ solutions into a cohesive storySimplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling story for clients with insightful callouts and actionable recommendationsPrepare and present insights/recommendations, using NIQ standardsDrive customer satisfaction through analyses and delivery of relevant and impactful insightsIdentify revenue leads in an independent way and take ownership in partnering with Account Lead to convert these into revenue opportunitiesTake initiative to remove roadblocks when they ariseLead by example, guiding and coaching junior team membersParticipate in Thought Leadership ProjectsQualificationsThis is a hybrid role, which includes sitting on-site at the client’s headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market researchPrior experience with NielsenIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in analytics space, including POS & Panel dataOpenness to working on-site with the potential for increased in-office requirements over timeCurious person who likes building stories based on data to answer business questionsStrong analytical mind and excellent numerical skillsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishDigital savvy & fast learner of concepts/ tools/ analysesAbility to coach others in data analyses and working with the NIQ toolsAdditional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800 - $83,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
