Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline in collaboration with internal business development and delivery teams, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and progression.
- Engage with clients to deeply understand technical requirements, operational challenges, and project goals, translating them into tailored service solutions.
- Develop compelling value propositions and proposals covering design, modeling, documentation, rendering, and related AEC support services.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals aligned with revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client expectations.
- Support marketing initiatives, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and expand the sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics within AEC and adjacent industries to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- 7+ years of experience in sales roles supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or related technical services.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling, contract negotiation, and long-cycle deal management.
- Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, client requirements, and multidisciplinary project needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills with executive-level confidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, high-energy, and self-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role with 60%+ travel across the United States.
