Accountabilities:

    Drive new business development across AEC sectors by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into long-term clients through a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline in collaboration with internal business development and delivery teams, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and progression.
    • Engage with clients to deeply understand technical requirements, operational challenges, and project goals, translating them into tailored service solutions.
    • Develop compelling value propositions and proposals covering design, modeling, documentation, rendering, and related AEC support services.
    • Lead negotiations and close complex deals aligned with revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.
    • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with client expectations.
    • Support marketing initiatives, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and expand the sales pipeline.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics within AEC and adjacent industries to inform sales strategy and positioning.
    • Requirements:

      Strong experience in technical or solution-based sales within the AEC or building design services environment, with a proven ability to close complex, consultative deals.

      • 7+ years of experience in sales roles supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or related technical services.
      • Demonstrated success in solution selling, contract negotiation, and long-cycle deal management.
      • Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, client requirements, and multidisciplinary project needs.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills with executive-level confidence.
      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
      • Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a plus.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, high-energy, and self-driven mindset.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role with 60%+ travel across the United States.
