Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager – International Business Development (Exports) with responsibility for global travel and market expansion. The role’s purpose is to drive revenue and margin growth for our Fruit Pulp & Concentrates exports, while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring compliance with international trade standards.Role PurposeDeliver sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement across global markets.Expand customer base and open new international markets for fruit pulp and concentrate products.Act as a strategic liaison between customers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.Core ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management: Develop account strategies, nurture long‑term relationships, and ensure retention.Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, finalize contracts, and oversee order execution.Business Development: Identify new opportunities, drive B2B and P2P growth, and spearhead market entry initiatives.Export Compliance: Ensure adherence to INCOTERMS, documentation standards, and quality requirements.Market Expansion: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to establish new partnerships.Required Experience6–10+ years in food ingredients, fruit pulp, concentrates, or processed food exports.Proven expertise in managing international distributors, importers, and strategic accounts.Strong background in opening new markets and driving export growth.Technical SkillsExport Documentation and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in INCOTERMS and international trade standards.Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.Ability to prepare accurate forecasting and revenue projections.
