What will you do? 

  • Provide operational and administrative support in trade compliance in each of the plants of the Chillers division 

  • Supervise the execution daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance. 

  • Ensure compliance with the rules under which the IMMEX program operates 

How you will do it: 

  • Supervise the TC specialist and analyst located in each plants. 

  • Identify and validate the type of regimen to be used in the import and export according to the operations 

  • Validate and implement best practices. 

  • Implement and execute of standard process in customs compliance  

  • Review the trade taxes paid by each plant. 

  • Develop strategies to avoid unnecessary costs in imports/exports operations. 

  • Review the status and progress of the consumption process by plant. 

  • Prepare metrics regarding taxes paid, number of operations conducted by plants, recovered taxes and savings obtained at the plant level. 

  • Monitor foreign trade operations with custos broker 

  • Review the process of Annex 24, reports and reconciliation  

  • Review of entries/pedimentos to complete de process  

  • Review and send expense accounts of customs agents. 

  • Review and safeguard customs files 

What are we looking for? 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree. 

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience. 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

  • Sense of urgency. 

  • Multi-task 

  • Problem-solving skills. 

  • English 90% 

  • Proactive 

  • Customs knowledge (classification, import / export process, customs law and rules, management Annex 24, Rule 8, Prosec TFA) 

  • Experience in people management
