The Opportunity:
As a Senior All Source Analyst focused on intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) Command, Control, and Communications (C3) nodes, you’ll produce anticipatory decision quality intelligence on foreign strategic missile command architectures, node vulnerabilities, resiliency, and operational employment. You’ll integrate multi-disciplined intelligence sources and advanced analytic methods to deliver finished intelligence aligned to Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft standards.
What You’ll Work On:
- Lead deep-dive all source assessments on ICBM C3 nodes and supporting infrastructure.
- Characterize foreign C3 resilience and degradation pathways.
- Assess implications for strategic force employment and escalation dynamics.
- Develop and maintain data-backed analytic baselines, indicators, and warning frameworks for C3 node activity.
- Prepare intelligence assessments, information papers, collection evaluations, and briefings for senior DoD decision makers, and respond to RFIs.
- Identify intelligence gaps, and draft and coordinate collection requirements with collection managers and partners across the DoD.

You Have:
- Experience with ICBM systems and C3 architecture, including node mapping communication pathways, telemetry control function, and support infrastructure
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Experience producing senior-level decision products and leading cross-functional analytic coordination
- Knowledge of HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and MASINT disciplines and associated DoD of IC repositories and workflows
- Knowledge of DoD or IC security, disclosure, and data transfer requirements across classified and unclassified systems
- Ability to define novel research approaches and execute long-term analytic projects
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with source analysis supporting U.S. Army or DoD programs, or 10+ years of experience with source analysis supporting U.S. Army or DoD programs in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with foreign strategic forces doctrine, training cycles, exercises, and modernization programs
- Knowledge of EW or cyber threats to C3 nodes and space-enabled dependencies
- Knowledge of Army and other interagency operations, and coordinating across these organizations
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
