Join our team as a Product Manager, ADC and help virtualize biological experiments to accelerate discovery!

Turbine is building the world's leading Virtual Cell platform to accelerate drug discovery. Our mission is to reduce experimental burden while increasing confidence in biological decision-making through AI-powered Virtual Assays.

Working with leading pharmaceutical companies, we develop predictive products that enable scientists to identify better targets, discover biomarkers, prioritize combinations, understand resistance mechanisms and improve clinical translatability before committing to expensive laboratory experiments.

As we scale our product portfolio, we are investing in dedicated Product Managers who combine scientific curiosity, product thinking and commercial awareness to transform cutting-edge biology into products that solve real customer problems.

About this role

Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) represent one of the fastest growing areas in oncology, with significant investment across target discovery, payload optimization, patient selection and resistance biology.

Our ADC product is one of Turbine's flagship offerings and is already being deployed with leading pharmaceutical partners. As adoption grows, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to define the long-term product vision, accelerate product-market fit and build the next generation of Virtual Assays that transform how ADC programmes are discovered and developed.

This role sits at the intersection of biology, AI, product strategy and customer engagement, shaping both our product roadmap and the future of computational ADC discovery.

Mission

Own the strategic direction of Turbine's ADC product portfolio by translating high-impact scientific problems into scalable, differentiated Virtual Assays that deliver measurable value for customers and establish Turbine as the leading AI platform for ADC discovery.

What You'll Own

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the long-term product strategy and lifecycle management of Turbine's ADC portfolio.
  • Define, validate and continuously refine Product-Market Fit (PMF), ensuring our products solve meaningful scientific and commercial problems.
  • Prioritise roadmap investments that maximise customer value while aligning with Turbine's strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our ADC capabilities into adjacent therapeutic areas and modalities.

Scientific Product Leadership

  • Define and prioritize new Virtual Assays across ADC discovery, translating scientific questions into structured, reusable Virtual Lab workflows.
  • Partner with scientific leadership to define benchmarking strategies, validation plans and product acceptance criteria.

Customer & Commercial Impact

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, scientific challenges and decision-making processes.
  • Work alongside Business Development and Solutions to position Turbine's products effectively and maximize customer adoption.
  • Convert customer learnings and bespoke analyses into scalable product capabilities.
  • Represent Turbine at scientific conferences, customer workshops and strategic partner engagements.

Who We're Looking For

Essential

  • Advanced degree (PhD or Masters with experience) in oncology, drug discovery, computational biology or a related life sciences discipline.
  • Experience in Product Management or a science-driven Data Science leadership role within biotech, pharma or AI-enabled drug discovery.
  • Strong understanding of oncology drug discovery and/or ADC biology.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams spanning biology, AI and software engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing opportunities and make evidence-based product decisions.

Desirable

  • Experience working with AI, computational biology or machine learning products.
  • Familiarity with perturbation biology, CRISPR screening or functional genomics.
  • Experience with biomarkers, translational research or clinical development.
  • Understanding of Product-Market Fit, customer discovery and commercial strategy.
  • Experience working directly with pharmaceutical partners.
