We have an opportunity to impact the firm's capital and liquidity strategy while partnering with senior leaders on some of the organization's most important risk and regulatory priorities. In this highly visible role, you will help shape strategic decisions, strengthen governance frameworks, and drive execution across complex initiatives that influence executive management, Board committees, and regulators.

As a Liquidity and Capital Strategy Executive Director within the Corporate Risk organization, you will lead strategic execution and governance activities supporting capital and liquidity priorities. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive critical initiatives, strengthen governance frameworks, and deliver executive-level communications that support informed decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact regulatory, risk, and strategic outcomes while working across global teams and functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of strategic priorities across capital and liquidity initiatives, translating objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery and stakeholder alignment across risk, finance, treasury, and control partners.
  • Design and enhance governance frameworks, committees, and decision-making forums that strengthen oversight and accountability.
  • Develop executive- and Board-level materials that communicate complex topics through clear, actionable narratives.
  • Prepare leadership teams for committee discussions, regulatory interactions, and key strategic reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating effectiveness through process redesign, standardization, and automation.
  • Influence and mobilize global teams to deliver results while fostering a culture of accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in capital, liquidity, treasury, risk management, finance, or a related strategic function.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with significant executive visibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business and risk issues.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing materials for senior management, Board committees, or regulators.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience designing governance frameworks, operating models, or strategic execution practices.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting regulatory examinations or supervisory engagements.
  • Knowledge of capital and liquidity regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience leading process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
