Job Description

  • Process loan title and record changes accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Prepare, review, and send customer documentation related to loan servicing updates. 

  • Update and maintain system of record with changes to loan details, titles, and customer information. 

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures and applicable regulations. 

  • Track, prioritize, and follow through on assigned tasks to meet deadlines and service level expectations. 

  • Maintain organized records (electronic and/or physical) for easy retrieval and audit readiness. 

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when necessary, external parties to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information. 

  • Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies in documentation or system records. 

  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and workflows. 

  • Adhere to company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements. 

  

Basic Qualifications   

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience   

  • Typically, Two to Four years of total experience in  business and general office environment  

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams  

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.` 

 

  

Preferred Skills/Experience  

  • Strong understanding of the business and perfected office skills 

  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail 

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously 

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data 

  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment 

  • Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills 

 

Work Mode: 5 Days in Office   

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
