Come be a part of our mission!We are seeking a Program Manager 2 to support the AI&T Production for the Active RF portfolio. This opposition will be located on-site in Linthicum, MDRole and Responsibilities:Strategizing long-term production planning and improvementsCost and schedule deliverables for their respective assembly level of AI&TLeading and directing a team of Engineers and SMSs to meet cost and schedule goalsCoordination of production staffing needsStandardization of AI&T training & practicesDeveloping and adhering to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) on a recurring basisMaintaining and adhering to executable integrated master schedules (IMS)Continuous Improvement of test and assembly processes and proceduresExpediting solutions to throughput and cost detractorsMaintenance of tiered escalation meetingsPrioritization of program specific SQDCM and PCAB activitiesInterface with NHA operations with respect to delivery schedulingCoordinating Risk and Opportunity execution for the production programDeveloping and delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholdersCoordinating change control board activities internally and with the CustomerConsistently making time to seek and incorporate input from customers and understanding their expectations. Demonstrating commitment and energy to meet customer needs (Internally and Externally)Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience supporting Government contracts as a Program or Project Manager; or 6 years’ experience with a Master’s degreeExperience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account managerDemonstrated success leading teams and/or organizations to achieve a common goalTop Secret clearance required at the time of application, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/accessPreferred Qualifications:Proven experience with Assembly, Integration and TestThe ability to apply knowledge, insights and understanding of business and financial concepts, tools and processes to the benefit of program decisions, actions, and performance.The ability to identify and address program impacts through a systematic, proactive approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates,...
