The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.
Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.
We successfully opened our flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and will be bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in summer 2026.
About this role:
This is an opportunity to support the Integrative Medicine team at Atria, with primary focus on Precision Lifestyle Medicine, Environmental Medicine, and Mind-Body Medicine. The Administrative RN in this role will act as a key extension of the clinical experience, supporting members between appointments through Member Care, Clinician Support, and clinical education.
This role is highly collaborative and member-facing. You will help members stay engaged in their Integrative Medicine care journey, ensuring prompt follow up and compliance with care plans with a primary goal of ensuring that members feel supported to optimize their health.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, observant, and comfortable working within teams with prior experience working in Integrative / Holistic Medicine settings. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building accountability and follow-through with members.
What you’ll do:
Member Care & Clinical Support
- Partner with Integrative Medicine (IM) physicians to support preventive, primary, and integrative care delivery — in the Institute, remotely, and (as applicable) in member homes
- Maintain an active awareness of all members undergoing IM care including tracking of appropriate follow up timelines based on clinical history and future health-related plans
- Serve as the clinical bridge between the IM care coordination team and the physician/ACP team — ensuring that member needs, clinical updates, and follow-through items move seamlessly between operational and clinical hands
- Compile visit summaries, prep clinical notes for IM clinical team, complete clinical forms, and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records in Athena
- Oversee organization, formulation, and ordering of custom micronutrient / phytonutrient / nutraceutical formulas for member along with monitoring refill timing within the context of their broader care
- Triage member calls and messages in between clinical visits, escalating to the clinical team with appropriate context, clinical framing, and urgency
- Perform minor clinical procedures as ordered including phlebotomy, functional lab kit collection
- Support scheduling, referral coordination, and pre-visit preparation in collaboration with the care coordination team
Functional Lab & Test Kit Expertise
- Develop and maintain deep working knowledge of the IM team's specialty test kit portfolio
- Understand what each test measures, the clinical rationale behind its use, and how findings integrate into member care plans
- Collect, process, and manage patient samples using the lab equipment and protocols established by the IM clinical team, as needed
- Coach members through collection processes — ensuring high compliance rates and optimal specimen quality across all kit types and collection contexts
- Coordinate with the Atria’s clinical operations and care coordination teams on kit logistics, collection scheduling, processing, and shipping — across all member locations and service types, including home visits
- Track and communicate test result trends and time-sensitive findings to the clinical team — summarizing relevant changes between visits and flagging anything that requires prompt clinical attention
