Business Development Officer - Capital Finance

Role responsibilities

The Business Development Officer is responsible for originating loans, negotiating transaction terms, and maintaining relationships with referral sources. This role also involves assisting in the underwriting process and seeking Executive Management approval for new client transactions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 3 years of credit and sales experience in a banking or finance environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in marketing tools are also required.
