Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios covering functional, regression, failover, accessibility, and automated testing.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium, UFT, or similar tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing for IAM and identity governance solutions, including platforms such as Saviynt, Entra ID, and Delinea.
- Ensure maximum test coverage, early defect detection, and continuous improvement of quality engineering practices.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clearly testable specifications.
- Document workflows, processes, system interactions, and IAM-related use cases.
- Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, testing activities, and delivered functionality.
- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and documentation supporting compliance and audit requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in strategic IAM, security, and technology improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IAM testing, quality engineering, business analysis, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with IAM and identity governance platforms, preferably including Saviynt and Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows, provisioning, and access controls.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, UFT, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into meaningful technical solutions and test strategies.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CBAP, or similar are considered an asset.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $109,680 to $120,000 CAD, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
