Engineering Project Manager - New Generation Projects
Emerson is seeking a motivated and collaborative Engineering Project Manager support the delivery of controls and software solutions for New Generation Projects across North America. Based in Cranberry Township, PA, this role is part of a dedicated team advancing emerging and evolving power generation technologies. You will manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, working closely with engineering teams, customers, and internal partners to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute New Generation Projects to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments are met
- Partner with project engineers, technical specialists, and cross functional teams to support successful project delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction
- Track project performance, risks, and issues, and communicate project status clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Support forecasting activities related to project sales, inventory, and resource utilization
- Apply established project execution processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
- Participate in lessons learned reviews and share best practices across the New Generation Projects team
- Stay informed on evolving market trends and emerging technologies to support effective project execution and future growth initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, other technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Engineering
- Experience supporting projects involving control systems, software solutions, or industrial automation
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
- Includes travel up to 25% in North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to project execution activities including design coordination, field service, commissioning, or applications engineering
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical or project-based role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
