Accountabilities:
- Act as the key liaison between clinical teams (physicians, nurses, and healthcare managers) and product/engineering squads, ensuring seamless translation of clinical needs into product requirements.
- Map, analyze, and document clinical protocols and care pathways, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI-driven enhancement.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions and interviews with healthcare professionals to extract functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate clinical insights into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and feasibility for engineering execution.
- Validate implemented solutions with clinical stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and care quality expectations.
- Identify clinical, operational, and regulatory risks in product requirements and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, representing the clinical perspective during planning, refinement, and review cycles.
- Support documentation efforts required for internal governance, audits, and regulatory validation processes.
- Academic background in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or Innovation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management or healthcare technology projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows such as hospitalization, triage, electronic health records, and clinical protocols.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both clinical professionals and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into structured product requirements.
- Advanced English reading ability is a plus.
- Experience with AI/ML healthcare projects, hospital environments, or healthtechs is considered a strong differentiator.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (LGPD, ANVISA, CFM) is an advantage.
