Accountabilities:

    The Administrator, ServiceNow will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform while supporting enterprise operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration across global teams.

    • Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications.
    • Configure and customize platform components, including business rules, UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, notifications, script includes, and other ServiceNow features.
    • Develop and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, and process improvements to support business operations.
    • Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and overall system performance.
    • Install, configure, and maintain MID Servers and support integrations with external systems and services.
    • Perform platform upgrades, manage update sets, and promote changes across development, testing, and production environments.
    • Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, integrations, and platform-related issues, escalating when necessary.
    • Support second- and third-level technical incidents while ensuring timely resolution of high-priority issues.
    • Collaborate with functional teams to develop solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR.
    • Create documentation, knowledge articles, work instructions, and training materials to support users and technical teams.
    • Participate in Agile delivery processes, including Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, while contributing to continuous platform improvements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow administrator with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to solving enterprise IT challenges.

      • 3+ years of experience implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
      • ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
      • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Client Scripts, and related platform development.
      • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, SQL, and AngularJS.
      • Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, update sets, and deployment across multiple environments.
      • Experience installing and configuring MID Servers for ITOM, Security, and integration use cases.
      • Knowledge of Service Portal, widgets, catalog items, catalog settings, and shopping cart functionality.
      • Experience integrating ServiceNow with LDAP and external applications using APIs, Scripted REST services, or Web Services.
      • Familiarity with Unix or Linux operating systems is preferred.
      • Experience with Event Management, Discovery, Project Portfolio Management, or related ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
      • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
