Accountabilities:

    • Support privacy and security incident response activities involving personal data, including triage, containment efforts, root cause analysis, and remediation follow-up.
    • Assess the scope and severity of incidents by analyzing affected systems, databases, APIs, logs, data categories, and potential exposure vectors.
    • Review and maintain privacy, security, and governance documentation, including incident response procedures, technical playbooks, and access management controls.
    • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to address privacy and data protection risks.
    • Translate technical findings into actionable privacy, regulatory, and business insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Participate in evidence gathering, impact assessments, and remediation tracking to ensure effective incident resolution and continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to strengthening privacy and security processes, helping improve organizational resilience and compliance readiness.
    • Requirements

      • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues such as cloud misconfigurations, access control weaknesses, or data exposure risks in a clear business context.
      • Experience supporting incident response processes, including investigation, impact assessment, containment activities, and remediation tracking.
      • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
      • Previous experience in Privacy, Data Protection, Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, or Incident Response is highly valued.
      • Familiarity with privacy regulations and best practices related to personal data protection and security governance.
      • Technical understanding of cloud environments, logging and monitoring systems, encryption methods, and identity and access management concepts is considered an asset.
      • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in complex and evolving scenarios.
