Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end processes, automations, and operational workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across revenue teams.
- Partner with sales, partnerships, account management, product, data, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve revenue outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing performance insights, recommendations, and operational guidance.
- Develop and test new workflows, experiments, and operational improvements to optimize key growth drivers.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement across go-to-market functions.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and support decision-making.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions through structured analysis and problem-solving.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful execution of revenue initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within high-growth technology companies or similar fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing operational solutions from data analysis through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and business intelligence or data visualization tools.
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured, practical solutions.
- Strong understanding of revenue processes, sales operations, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
