This is a senior client-facing growth role focused on driving strategic expansion within key retail insurance accounts. The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and industry expertise to expand service adoption and accelerate revenue growth. Operating in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment, you will be responsible for both retention and expansion within a defined portfolio. Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic retail insurance clients by strengthening executive relationships, expanding service adoption, and driving long-term revenue growth through consultative, value-based engagement.

    • Develop and maintain deep relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across assigned retail insurance accounts
    • Own account strategy, planning, and execution to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets
    • Identify and close expansion opportunities by introducing new solutions across client organizations
    • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure
    • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with tailored service and solution offerings
    • Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and solutions teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution
    • Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify new business opportunities
    • Represent the organization in industry events, associations, and client-facing engagements
    • Requirements:

      This role requires experienced business development professionals with strong insurance industry knowledge, proven enterprise sales success, and the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels.

      • 5–10+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or consultative sales roles
      • Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly within retail insurance or related verticals
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth in complex environments
      • Experience selling services or solutions within BPO, consulting, or insurance-focused organizations
      • Ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers
      • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      • Bachelor’s degree required; insurance designations preferred
      • High level of commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and client value creation
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
