The Challenge 🧩

Shape an internal events and travel roadmap aimed at elevating company culture and driving a world-class employee experience. Thriving in autonomous environments, you will proactively build new processes and bring a user-centric perspective to internal operations—understanding leadership goals, parsing employee feedback, and ensuring culture-driven thinking influences how experiences are designed, not just executed.

You will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution: defining annual event strategies while managing seamless travel logistics and large-scale offsites. Partnering across the company, you will ensure every initiative delivers measurable value for our community and our culture.

What You Will Do 👇

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Own and execute a comprehensive annual events roadmap aligned with our purpose, culture, and values.
  • Event Execution & Accessibility: Lead the entire event lifecycle—from concept and logistics to on-site execution and post-event analysis—for corporate events, team-building, and offsites. Ensure all physical and digital event spaces meet modern accessibility standards.
  • Supplier & Budget Management: Serve as the primary contact for travel and event vendors, negotiate cost-effective contracts, and meticulously track corporate event budgets.
  • Travel Optimization: Maintain and improve efficient travel policies and workflows alongside external suppliers to support employees and maximize savings.
  • Cross-Functional Culture: Partner with the Culture, Purpose, and Workplace teams to design user-centric, inclusive internal initiatives.
  • Internal Comms: Develop clear communication strategies to promote events, share key updates, and manage internal deadlines.
  • Operations & Swag: Oversee the Happy Lunch program (invoicing and improvements) and manage the creation and distribution of corporate merchandising for internal events and business fairs.
  • Executive Assistant Support: Provide temporary, ad-hoc support for Executive Assistant (EA) tasks during peak periods or coverage gaps to ensure smooth leadership operations.

What We’re Looking For 🔎

  • Independent Project Ownership: Proven ability to manage large-scale events, multi-day offsites, and complex travel coordination independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic & Systems Thinking: Ability to align event initiatives with business goals, manage tight timelines, handle dependencies, and adapt effectively to shifting priorities.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Strong budget tracking skills, contract negotiation experience, and a high attention to detail in execution.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to build alignment across leadership, workplace, culture and finance teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, as you will communicate globally across our diverse teams.

What Would Be A Plus 🚀

  • Experience in a corporate event planning role
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, iterative product or tech environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainable, eco-friendly event practices.
  • Spanish is a major plus to smooth out local vendor management and negotiations.
