This role serves as a trusted partner to business and finance stakeholders by translating financial data into clear, actionable insights and meaningful stories that drive performance and improvement.Our TeamYou will be part of Molex India Business Services – Finance Reporting, working closely with Business Finance Leads and cross-functional partners. The team focuses on delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision-making across the business.What You Will Do Prepare and deliver accurate, timely and high-quality financial reports to support business decision making.Perform variance and trend analysis (Actual vs. Standard/Plan) to identify key drivers and performance insights.Develop clear, concise, and actionable commentaries (descriptive and prescriptive) on financial performanceTranslate complex financial data into meaningful insights and business narratives for stakeholdersCollaborate closely with Business Finance Leads and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.Act as a trusted partner by providing data-driven recommendations and supporting strategic decisions.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across reporting systems. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Overall, 2-5 years of experience in Finance reporting / FP&A, Finance and Accounting.Expertise in Financial Analysis – Income statement Analysis / Variance analysis / performance summaries / profit analysis / Working Capital performances and Ratios.Expertise in corporate consolidation process will be value added.Proficient in F&A domain. Work experience in SAP FI, SAP BW.Work Experience in consolidation tools (BPC, SAP, OneStream, CFIN)Basic knowledge in visualization tools, PowerBi –Maintenance/development of dashboards, use visual tools for the analysis. (Advantage)Basic SQL, database management skills.
