The Opportunity:
The Team and Org Solutions Specialist (L3) supports our corporate organizational development function, partnering with and enabling the business through talent and organizational solutions. This role supports the execution of end-to-end engagements including diagnosing organizational and team needs, analyzing talent data, and developing evidence-based recommendations for improvement. The Specialist will produce client-ready decks, guides, and change artifacts, facilitate and present to leaders, and coordinate engagements. All of this is delivered in direct support of the Team & Org Solutions Lead. Some solutions are also delivered in partnership with external vendors, which the Specialist may support directly. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
Track deliverables, action items, and project commitments.
Prepare internal materials and support client session readiness.
Create sponsor pre‑reads, status updates, and catch‑up documents.
Maintain project organization and operational discipline across deliverables.
Provide informal client check-ins and touchpoints.
Support Talent Management Integrators including HRBPs with preparation, documentation, and follow-through.
Contribute to a responsive, relationship-centric client experience.
Partner with external vendors across the engagement lifecycle helping match client cases to the right vendor, co-delivering during active work, and providing client care after the engagement ends.
Capture decisions, parking lot items, and session insights in real time.
Provide timekeeping and flow management during meetings or workshops.
Own post-session reconciliation logs and prepare draft debrief summaries.
Serve as second chair, or first when appropriate, in structured facilitation environments.
Present findings, readouts, and session content from prepared decks to client audiences, including executives.
Draft facilitator guides, run-of-show, and workshop materials.
Build presentation decks and capture templates based on senior design direction.
Produce RACI+ grids, workflow visuals, and other change-support artifacts.
Translate conceptual guidance into polished, review-ready deliverables.
Ghostwrite client-facing communications in leaders' voices such as survey launch emails, session framing notes, and sponsor follow-ups.
Administer and manage logistics for talent data collection such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
Conduct first-pass qualitative reads and perform qualitative coding.
Support quantitative analysis, data structuring, initial outcomes, and insights drafts for review at synthesis gates.
Run discovery and needs-analysis calls with client stakeholders, working from protocols set with the Lead.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in organizational change, management consulting, or HR strategy including client or executive-facing work
Experience executing structured, repeatable processes with high accuracy
Experience drafting professional artifacts such as decks, guides, and templates
Experience with M365, including Excel and Co-Pilot
Ability to manage coordination tasks, timelines, and documentation rigor
Ability to translate direction from senior leaders into actionable deliverables
Ability to lead and contribute directly to complex, enterprise‑level people initiatives bringing strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational execution
Bachelor’s degree in I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior (OB), Leadership and Human Resource Development (LHRD), psychology, HR, communication, or business
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting or facilitating workshops, trainings, or structured sessions
Experience with organizational diagnostics, survey tools, or change frameworks
Experience with RACI+, operating model design, or workflow visualization tools
Experience in research, literature review, or academic-style synthesis
Knowledge of common advisory toolkits such as hypothesis-driven, problem solving, and insight synthesis
Possession of strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
Possession of strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and writing skills across synthesis, documentation, and communication formats with an executive‑ready presence
Master's degree
ICF coaching Certification such as ACC or PCC Certification
Assessment Certifications such as Hogan or Leadership Circle Profile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
