Your Role in VT Markets:
VT Markets is expanding its customer support coverage for the MENA region and is building a dedicated Customer Support team to be based in Malaysia. We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Client Support Specialist to support client onboarding, engagement, and day-to-day account coordination.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 11pm

Job Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong awareness of compliance and internal procedures.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English languages (both spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage new and prospective clients through company-approved communication channels.
  • Establish and develop business relationships with new and prospective customers to generate new business for the Company's products/services.
  • Maintain regular client communication to support engagement and account activity.
  • Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
  • Follow up with clients who have reduced or inactive account activity to understand service-related needs.
  • Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client in order to address the payment issues.
  • Manage incoming client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Relationship Managers) to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all interactions follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
