Accountabilities:

    The Director of Learning & Development will be responsible for shaping talent strategies, improving employee development experiences, and partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities. Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, workforce needs, and long-term talent priorities.
    • Design scalable learning programs covering technical skills, professional development, leadership capabilities, and role-based growth opportunities.
    • Manage curriculum planning and delivery for internal learning programs, coordinating facilitators, subject matter experts, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to strengthen career frameworks, competency models, employee growth pathways, and internal mobility initiatives.
    • Own and enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration sessions, manager enablement, and talent development activities.
    • Identify high-potential employees and skill gaps while creating targeted development plans, mentoring opportunities, and leadership growth initiatives.
    • Build and support succession planning processes by identifying future leaders, assessing readiness, and developing talent pipelines.
    • Collaborate with leadership teams to embed learning, development, and performance practices into broader people strategies.
    • Support AI capability-building initiatives by partnering with global enablement teams to improve AI learning programs, adoption, and workforce readiness.
    • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness, track outcomes, and continuously improve learning initiatives through data-driven insights.
    • Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding talent development progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced learning and talent development leader with a strong background in organizational development, leadership programs, and strategic HR initiatives. Required qualifications include:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
      • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR Business Partnership, or related HR leadership roles.
      • Proven experience designing and implementing learning strategies, leadership development programs, career frameworks, and scalable training solutions.
      • Strong background managing performance management processes, including reviews, calibration, manager coaching, and employee development initiatives.
      • Demonstrated experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential identification, and development planning.
      • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring HR professionals, L&D teams, or business partners.
      • Previous experience working in a professional services, consulting, technology services, systems integration, or similar environment preferred.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem solutions, including Dynamics 365, Data & AI, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies is a plus.
      • Strong ability to use workforce data, feedback, and business metrics to evaluate program impact and improve outcomes.
      • Experience with performance management platforms; knowledge of PerformYard is highly desirable.
      • Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
