Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Lead end-to-end project deployments by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Provide project status updates, reporting, and insights directly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project controls and finance teams to track budgets, manage costs, and support financial accountability.
- Monitor project execution throughout the lifecycle using project management tools and tracking processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
- Manage multiple objectives simultaneously in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Strong experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering results within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality.
- Experience with project management tools and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, and SQL.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in engineering, technical environments, or roles involving business and financial analysis is preferred.
