Global Accounts Receivables (Data Control Analyst) should own and lead AR Customer Master record creation and maintenance in Billing and Receivables systems, AR suspended line items
clearance and customer statement maintenance in co-ordination with collection Analyst, and Management Metrics
Support system implementation teams (example IERP PDOs etc.,) automation project in the team and rollout control improvements as appropriate.
• Create and maintain customer codes (Example - Dealers) in AR systems such as iERP/S4, PSAR, CBS, PANDA, GDS, DID, uSAP, ITRS and MDM
• Assist requestors, approvers, controllers & other cross functional teams with their queries related to customer code creation
• Resolve email queries pertaining to code creation & maintenance within a turnaround time of 2 days
• Maintain customer Bank details and circulate weekly metrics on banking requests pertaining to iERP/S4, PSAR
• Prepare One AR metrics / Portfolio metrics / other management metrics on a timely basis
• Own and drive MCRP steps and other audits with required backups / evidence
• Lead automation initiative of customer code creation, maintenance & validation activities
• Support upcoming system launches
Education / Certification:
• Commerce/Business Graduate or Postgraduate
• Good knowledge of MS office and latest MS automation tools
• Certification in any ERP system ( Ex. SAP ) or MS or IT certificate will be an added advantage
Experiences:
• Previous work experience in Accounts Receivable or other accounting profile
• Master data maintenance or Account system launches
