Advanced Data Engineer

Application Management

• Own and manage homegrown BI & Analytics web applications built on .NET, React, Angular, and PostgreSQL
• Oversee the full application lifecycle including enhancements, maintenance, and operational stability
• Coordinate with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable features
• Manage REST API integrations between internal applications and enterprise systems

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (Azure)

• Manage Azure-hosted web applications including App Services, API Gateways, and Firewall configurations
• Handle cloud provisioning, access controls, and environment management on Microsoft Azure
• Manage identity and access configurations using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including app registrations, role assignments, and SSO setups

BI & Analytics

• Manage and support BI reporting tools including Tableau and Power BI
• Write and review SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and analysis
• Collaborate with data teams on platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks

Enterprise Systems & ITSM

• Manage and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) records to ensure accurate asset and service configuration data
• Handle Oracle Fusion-related operations and coordination across relevant business processes
• Manage end-to-end operational ticket lifecycle and incident resolution via ServiceNow

Stakeholder & Product Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams for requirement gathering and prioritization
• Manage end-to-end feature delivery from requirement discussion through to deployment
• Drive discussions with cross-functional teams to align on scope, timelines, and delivery

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities
• Exposure to evaluating and integrating AI/LLM-based solutions into enterprise application workflows
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI tooling can enhance existing products and processes

• Good understanding of web application architecture — .NET, React, Angular, PostgreSQL (hands-on development not required)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure — App Services, API Gateways, cloud networking, and firewall rules
• Understanding of REST API design and integration patterns
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID — app registrations, access management, and SSO
• Proficiency with BI tools — Tableau and/or Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms — Snowflake and/or Databricks
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Hands-on exposure to CMDB management and Oracle Fusion operations
• Awareness of AI/ML trends and practical exposure to LLM-based tools and platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across technical and business teams
• Experience in Azure Cloud Deployment
• Exposure to data governance and data warehousing concepts
• Prior experience in a product ownership or data analytics role
• Good understanding with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot or similar
