Accountabilities:
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, governance frameworks, and quality standards aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Lead end-to-end testing across Majesco Insurance Suite modules, including Policy, Billing, and Claims, ensuring full functional and integration coverage.
- Own release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams, including Go/No-Go decisions based on quality and risk assessments.
- Manage defect lifecycle processes including triage, root cause analysis, resolution tracking, and production issue management.
- Drive risk-based testing strategies by identifying critical risks early in the design and requirement phases and ensuring adequate test coverage.
- Coordinate and mentor distributed QA teams across onshore and offshore models, ensuring consistent execution and alignment.
- Collaborate with automation teams to expand UI and API test coverage and support CI/CD and shift-left testing practices.
- Ensure test environment readiness, data management strategies, and production readiness activities including hypercare support.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong leadership responsibilities in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with the Majesco Insurance Platform, including Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Strong domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life Insurance systems and workflows.
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing across integrated, multi-system architectures.
- Demonstrated expertise in release management, governance, and production deployment coordination.
- Strong background in test automation (UI/API), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to onshore-offshore delivery models, cloud platforms, data migration, or microservices is highly desirable.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent QA qualification is a plus.
- Competitive hourly compensation between $53 and $56 per hour
