Accountabilities:
- Designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows across enterprise modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps
- Building and maintaining integrations using APIs and supporting enterprise system connectivity
- Developing automation solutions and enhancing platform capabilities through scripting and workflow optimization
- Implementing and supporting AI-enabled features such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Search
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing platform improvements within an Agile delivery environment
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and platform administration
- Solid experience with API integrations and enterprise application development
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts such as Generative AI, machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation
- Experience working with or supporting tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search) is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Must meet eligibility requirements for Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (or have resided in Canada for at least 5 years)
- Fully remote work within Canada
