Accountabilities:

    • Manage daily operational support activities within assigned service processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
    • Execute administrative tasks while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure processes are followed correctly, including operational procedures, documentation requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
    • Maintain and update operational data to support accurate reporting and efficient business processes.
    • Handle service requests, access-related issues, and operational queries while ensuring effective resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth end-to-end process execution.
    • Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support compliance with legal, security, and operational requirements across assigned activities.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in service operations, administrative support, or a related operational role.
      • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage requests professionally and efficiently.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data management and process execution.
      • Good computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
      • Ability to follow structured procedures while identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
      • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain data privacy standards.
      • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing responsibilities independently.
