Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate customer and internal sales requests, ensuring enquiries, quotes, renewals, and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time.
    • Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including quote preparation, opportunity tracking, and administrative sales support.
    • Assist with software licensing and vendor coordination, ensuring accurate information flow between customers, distributors, and internal teams.
    • Maintain and update sales records, systems, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
    • Prepare clear internal and external communications, supporting proposals, quotes, and customer responses.
    • Work closely with account managers, licensing specialists, and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end sales delivery.
    • Support continuous improvement of sales operations by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process refinement.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a sales coordination role in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement.
      • Ability to work proactively, stay solution-focused, and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
      • Comfortable working with systems such as CRM tools, ticketing platforms, and administrative software.
      • Strong interest in sales operations, software licensing, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
      • Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and vendor or licensing workflows.
