Requirements
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
2–5 years’ experience in sales or commercial roles within Guinea, preferably with nationwide exposure.
Experience in the maritime and/or logistics sector.
Strong understanding of the local business environment and customer landscape.
Willingness and ability to travel nationally and regionally.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, cold calling, and market outreach.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in Guniea and the wider region.
Analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
Support sales activities including preparation of proposals, pricing inputs, presentations, and client negotiations.
Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure feasible and competitive commercial solutions.
Participate in sales meetings, client visits, and industry events locally and regionally.
Prepare regular reports to management on sales performance, opportunities, targets, and market insights.
