Accountabilities:

    As an Account Manager, you will own the success of assigned client accounts by managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring strategic marketing initiatives are delivered effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while helping teams execute campaigns that achieve measurable growth.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication, expectations, priorities, and overall account health.
    • Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, industry dynamics, brand positioning, and competitive landscapes.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution across multiple marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams, including operations, creative, and marketing specialists.

    • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
    • Review deliverables and provide strategic feedback while ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.
    • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through innovative strategies, new channels, and improved processes.
    • Mentor and support team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
    • Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Present recommendations and insights to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
    • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketing professional with strong client management experience, analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable balancing long-term strategy with daily execution while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

      • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields.
      • Experience managing client accounts, campaigns, or marketing projects.
      • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
      • Experience with paid media strategy, campaign optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.
      • Understanding of integrated marketing strategies, industry trends, and customer journeys.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to executives, clients, and internal teams.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
      • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
      • Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
      • Leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding team members.
      • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
