This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
A Concierge Supervisor serves as a primary point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay, providing refined, accurate, and personalised information about the hotel and the local destination.
As Concierge Supervisor, you will be entrusted with curating first impressions and enhancing the Guest journey. You will act as a central liaison for Guests and VIP Guests, delivering services with discretion, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as a primary Guest contact, responding to enquiries with professionalism, elegance, and efficiency
- Provide bespoke recommendations, information, and booking services for a broad range of Guest needs, including destination experiences, cultural events, dining reservations, medical assistance, and travel arrangements
- Accurately process, handle, and deliver Guest messages and requests
- Coordinate the delivery, handling, and secure storage of Guest luggage with care and precision
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services, daily VIP movements, and special events
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain orderly, welcoming, and compliant with safety standards
- Provide immediate operational support to Management in emergency or high‑priority situations
- Consistently project a polished, professional presence, embodying the highest standards of hospitality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised working environment
Operate all front‑of‑house systems and equipment in strict adherence to policies and procedures

- Previous experience as a Concierge Supervisor within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
