You will work alongside executive leaders, employee community leaders, and cross-functional partners to strengthen the systems, experiences, and infrastructure that enable inclusion at global scale  The Director, Inclusion Networks, leads Microsoft’s global Inclusion Network ecosystem and is accountable for ensuring the system operates with clarity, consistency, accountability, and enterprise readiness. This role leads the strategy, governance posture, executive sponsor model, escalation model, and operating expectations for 22 Inclusion Networks. The role directly manages Program Managers who support sponsor enablement, chair readiness, employee-facing engagement, operations, platform management, governance, and external partnerships.  Inclusion Networks are employee-led, purpose-driven communities that create connection, surface employee perspective, and support Microsoft’s strategic priorities. Grounded in employee relations expertise, this leader ensures the Inclusion Network model is empowering for employees and durable for the company. The role also modernizes how the ecosystem operates through AI-enabled insights, automation, scalable infrastructure, clearer governance, and stronger operating discipline. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, governance, and evolution of Microsoft's global Inclusion Network ecosystem, ensuring employee-led communities operate with clarity, consistency, accountability, and measurable impact. Lead and develop a team of Program Managers, establishing clear priorities, role clarity, performance expectations, and accountability for delivery across the Inclusion Network portfolio. Manage portfolio investments, operational planning, and budget stewardship to ensure resources are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver measurable business and employee impact. Collaborate with executive sponsors, employee leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align Inclusion Network priorities with business objectives, employee needs, and enterprise expectations. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across the Inclusion Network ecosystem and leverage data-driven insights to design and implement scalable solutions that strengthen employee experience and organizational outcomes. Establish and evolve governance frameworks, operating processes, and risk management practices that balance employee voice, business priorities, policy requirements, regulatory considerations, and reputational risk. Drive modernization across the Inclusion Network ecosystem through AI-enabled insights, automation, digital tools, and self-service solutions that improve consistency, effectiveness, and scale. Influence senior leaders and key partners to...
