Contact Center Sr Rep

Overview:

Securian is hiring a Contact Center Sr Representative to be based out of our corporate headquarters in Saint Paul, MN. 

The Contact Center Sr Representative will join our Enterprise Contact Center and will be tasked with providing great service to our customers. This a great opportunity to join a Fortune 500 company with an amazing culture.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to retirement plan participants primarily through phone interactions.

• Assist callers with the use of our website, including navigation, transaction processing and troubleshooting for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

• Submit investment allocation changes, investment transfers and deferral rate changes; perform loan modeling, submit loan requests and calculate loan payoffs.

• Educate participants on investment related concepts and plan specific investment features.

• Research and respond to complex participant questions.

Qualifications

• Individual must be customer focused, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a busy call center environment.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and maintains appropriate organizational confidentiality.

• Ability to effectively manage high call volumes (approximately 20 - 75 calls per day).

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications, and databases.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to resolve complex customer issues.

• Must possess effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the following systems:

  • Citrix

  • E-Service Center

  • Case Review

  • OIPA

• Call center experience

• Customer service experience

Preferred Skills:

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

$18.80 - $32.69
