Accountabilities:

    • Own and expand a mid-market territory by driving full-cycle sales processes across property management and multifamily accounts.
    • Lead discovery, product demonstrations, and proposal development while engaging multiple stakeholders including C-level executives and operational leaders.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, field events, partner channels, and inbound opportunities.
    • Execute data-driven sales strategies using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong to forecast, track, and optimize performance.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based selling experiences.
    • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern sales workflows to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
    • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and structured sales execution aligned with company methodology.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or facilities management software.
      • Proven track record of closing complex deals in the $80K–$150K+ range involving multiple stakeholders and product solutions.
      • Strong ability to navigate technical, operational, and executive-level conversations with clarity and confidence.
      • Demonstrated success in building pipeline through self-generated outbound activity and structured prospecting.
      • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies in competitive SaaS environments.
      • High level of adaptability, urgency, and resilience in fast-paced, evolving markets.
      • Willingness to travel 30–50% for client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
      • Bonus: experience in multifamily SaaS, operational workflows (maintenance, inspections, work orders), or revenue/NOI-focused platforms.
